Former VPD officer facing more charges

 

 former member of the Vancouver Police Department is now facing two more criminal charges.

Detective Constable James Fisher was working with the Counter Exploitation Unit when he was arrested in December of last year.

He was initially charged with three counts of sexual exploitation, one count of sexual assault, one count of breach of trust and one count of attempt to obstruct justice.

He is now facing another two charges of sexual assault and one count of breach of trust.

He’s scheduled to be in court next week in Surrey.
